BACK OF HOUSE POSITIONS

Line Cook - Experienced Position
Always looking for strong additions to our Brigade. Successful applicants will also possess the following:

  • comfort and familiarity with culinary skills
    (we are not a kitchen to cut your teeth in)
  • autonomous working ability and a self-starter
  • a real interest/need to work in an independent chef-driven environment
  • desire to continue learning with a recognition that when you're good you always are
  • a real interest in food and passion for the job

FRONT OF HOUSE POSITIONS

Bartender
Full-time, must be available for the following: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday evenings. This is a serious opportunity for a serious Bartender. This position is a primary position and will be expected to close most if not all shifts scheduled. We are looking for that perfect blend of experience and flair. Our BAR will emphasize crafted cocktails, classic preparations, and a very strong wine list over 200 selections deep.

Must Haves:

  • strong base knowledge of cocktails (more the Aviation variety than the Bahama Mama variety)
  • sense of elegance/class/urbaneness - you love high-end restaurants and it shows
  • humility, oddly this is something we have to post for - we take what we do seriously, not ourselves
  • desire to be part of something and a contributing member of a successful independent restaurant - we are looking for long-term hiring, and people who get what we do If any of the above makes sense to you as a Bartender, then you may be who we are looking for.

Host

Open availability strongly preferred - 3-4 shifts per week
We are looking for some elegance, work ethic, and warmth to greet our guests as they join us. This is also a great segue to join our staff and continue development with us and grow within the company.

  • Must have a good phone presence and attention to detail;
  • Must have some restaurant experience, preferably in higher end places
Successful applicants may also possess:
  • Working knowledge of OpenTable
  • French language skills
  • An interest in working in a chef-driven restaurant

Service Assistant
- Full-time, evening and weekend availability a must

Primarily responsible fort supporting FOH staff during service, including water and bread service, clearing and re-setting dining room, etc. A fast-paced integral position. This is the perfect place for a seasoned server who doesn't have the exposure to fine dining or ambitious newbies to be exposed to and learn from a Chef driven environment. We primarily promote from within, so this is a great place to start with us. This is the training ground for our newest servers, or as Chef calls them, our "farm team".

Successful applicants will have the following:

  • an interest in learning
  • a sense of urgency and the ability to move quickly
  • the ability to lift 20+ lbs
  • humility, oddly this is something we have to post for - we take what we do seriously, not ourselves
  • desire to be part of something and a contributing member of a successful independent restaurant - we are looking for long-term hiring
  • looking to find a path within our industry (we hire people who look to restaurants as career choices)
