Meritage Oyster Bar

Opened in December 2010 - the Meritage Oyster Bar was an addition the Kleins planned for two years; traveling the East & West Coasts of the US, and touring through the classic Brasseries of Paris.

Always one of their favorite aspects of Brasserie culture, the shell fish program at Meritage explores everything from the merrior of oysters to the little neck clams of Chef Klein's childhood.

Adding 40 seats and a more casual element to Meritage, the oyster bar also jumps head-first into crafted cocktails and maintains a thoughtfully selected beer list, including a couple of taps. Crowned by a art nouveau Absinthe fountain, the space captures a bit of Paris in the 1930s, classic, beautiful - and with a highlight on two historical aphrodisiacs, oysters & absinthe - even a bit naughty.
