PARKING
INFORMATION
Meritage
is located on Saint Peter Street, between 6th & West 7th. We are
directly behind the Landmark Center. Continue to scroll down for closer
view of downtown, our location, and the location of parking ramps.
For your convenience, we do offer Valet weekend nights through summer.
Street Parking:
You can find metered parking all over the city, and on Sunday
meters are free. Otherwise, all of the meters surrounding Meritage
are $1.75 per hour. Let us know if you need change.

Park (entrances off Wabasha or 6th Street, both one-ways)

Ramp (entrance off of 6th Street, a one-way)
Meritage
is in easy walking distance of many of downtown Saint Paul's main
attractions.

Briefly, are the four most common routes:
94 from the West:
Exit downtown Saint Paul on the 5th street exit. You can even follow
5th straight in and look for the Lawson Ramp on your left-hand-side
just past St Peter Street.
94 from the East:
Exit 6th & Wacouta, follow 6th. The exit is left-hand-side on
the freeway. The exit ramp will curve to the left then wind to the
right. You can follow the street directly in and behind the #2 &
#3 ramps.
35E from the South:
Exit Kellogg Blvd. Turn right towards the city. Follow Kellogg to
Market Street, turn left. Follow Market to 5th Street, turn right.
The Lawson ramp will be right on the left-hand-side after St Peter
Street.
35E from the North:
Exit 10th & Wacouta, follow Wacouta. Exit will wind around and
then come to a stop light. Turn left, you are now on West 7th. Follow
7th to St Peter Street, turn left. Meritage will be on your left a
block or so down, and you can turn left on 5th to get to the parking
ramps.
