The Médoc Room
The Médoc Room is the most recent addition to Meritage, and offers a unique private dining space just across the hall from the restaurant. Named after the famed left bank of Bordeaux, the Médoc Room is decorated with antique maps, duck presses and furniture, the room is inspired by travel, history, gastronomy and of course, wine. With warm lighting, exclusive service, and the ability to be customized to your needs, the Médoc Room could be a unique fit for your next event.
With it’s own private entrance, the Médoc Room easily accommodates 6-10 guests at one grand table, and also groups of up to 20 seated/25 standing (cocktail-style) in a private intimate setting. Chef’s Table experiences, private celebrations, wine education seminar, private bar option, and more - this space is meant to create an elevated, yet personal dining experience.
A $150 deposit (the room fee) will be required of all bookings, in order to secure your date. This deposit is non-refundable within 7 days of the event.
We work with each guest individually to plan and execute the vision for the event. Every event is tailored. We have examples of past menus or are delighted to assist in creating something new. For budgeting, in it’s most general sense, we note the following food and beverage minimums:
- Up to 10 guests: $1000
- 11-14 guests: $1300
- 15-25 guests: $1600
*All policies & systems are subject to updates, as we learn and grow with our new space.
