 Welcome to your Performance Review Platform. We have always found the review process an important one here at Meritage. It gives us a chance to be able to get to know staff a bit, give them critical feedback and compliments or corrections outside of service and in a conversation, rather than a quick statement or adjustment.

We take what we do seriously here, while also trying to take ourselves too seriously. There are concepts, like Jahari’s window and Myer’s Brigg’s, Pysch 101 ways of understanding the dynamics of workplace; There is how you see yourself. How others see you. How you see your others and your environment. And, finally and most complex, how you are seen in your environment. Your review process will utilize all four of these perspectives.

Working at Meritage requires a career-minded focus and attitude.
