Whether this be that you feel you haven’t been heard on scheduling, or supplies, or you have ideas of a way we could mitigate a persistent problem… we are listening. We have also realized that some of these concerns, folks don’t feel comfortable expressing directly. Eyeball to eyeball. Ok, we get it.
Sometimes concerns are of very serious matters. Sometimes there needs to be a way to share your concerns, even anonymously, for the good of the house. There is nothing wrong with trying to help keep Meritage strong, and protect the house that takes care of all of us.
